Beginning on January 1, 2017, Northwestern University will require Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training for all investigators, co-investigators and study personnel listed on an IRB application for a clinical trial (based on the NIH definition of a clinical trial). The NIH clinical trial definition: A research study in which one or more human subjects are prospectively assigned to one or more interventions (which may include placebo or other control) to evaluate the effects of those interventions on health-related biomedical or behavioral outcomes. Refresher training will be required every 3 years.

Please note: if you have completed GCP training through CITI Program while at Northwestern University or one of the ACRP training options through Learn@Northwestern, there is no need to upload a certificate.

If you have completed GCP Training from an external source, please complete this form and upload documentation proof of the training.
